Access your RingCentral account: Sign in to your RingCentral online account
Navigate to settings: User account: Click "Settings" in the top menu
Admin account: Select a user from the "Users with Extensions" list, then open the "Call handling" section
Choose your desired call rule: Select the specific call rule you want to modify, such as "Conditional Forwarding" or "After Hours"
Enable call redirection: Toggle on the "Call Redirection" feature.
Select the forwarding destination: Choose where you want incoming calls to be redirected.
Select a phone number: You can forward calls to your 10 digit NSER.Ai number
Edit incoming call information: Click Edit below Incoming Call Information
Set incoming number displayed to me: Set the Incoming number displayed to me option to Incoming Caller ID
Click "Save" to finalize your call forwarding settings.
